Great pics, Anthea. I'm so glad you were able to capture the bocce ball game, but I'm even more thrilled that you managed to capture the essence of Mike Stern in his various feather boa.
the bocce ball was a highlight, even if iwas awful at it. i can't belive you have your own personal set, you are a madwoman! yes i did capture the elusive sternio in his native habitat, feathers and all.
Bocce ball? Awesome! My girlfriend got me a set last christmas. I've been meaning to get a few buddies together for some bocce and bbq or something. Thanks for the reminder.
By the way, I'm finally posting some of the drawings from that Figure Drawing "Dynamics" seminar with Karl.

hey lee-roy!! i went to another one of karl's seminars last week, on story structure. it was awesome. you've probably already taken that one I figured since you weren't there. yeah bocce ball is totally fun, those balls are heavier than they look, i was scared i would bocce my toe by accident. if lauren comes back to LA for a visit and brings here set, we should set up a game w you and your girlfriend.
hey mike, i did sing a lot of songs that night, huh? well i can't help it, i'm a freak for karaoke. i even went to another karaoke party the saturday after, i can't stop!!
Indeed, I took that seminar back in November. Lots of notes! A good class to take before taking his 12-week Storyboarding class.
BTW, I am also a freak for karaoke, though I haven't done it in a long time now.
